Question: What practice areas are you interested in?

Wayne: I’m interested in M&A litigation.

Question: What do you do for fun?

Wayne: My wife and I have three daughters. My greatest joy is spending time with my family.

Question: What is your favorite book or quote, and why?

Wayne: I'm reading a book called "The Elegance of the Hedgehog". It's written by a French novelist named Muriel Barbery and it's a story about the friendship of two young girls and their insightful and interesting journey of self-discovery.
