Washington D.C. Diversity Reception: Steve Riddick’s Keynote Speech

Steve Riddick gave the Keynote Speech at PracticePro’s Washington D.C. Diversity Reception last month. Steve spent 22 years working in Big Law before transitioning to in-house work, he is currently the General Counsel of Tenable.

Steve introduced our PracticePro Scholars to his four themes to success: excellence, risk-taking, mentorship, and relationships. He encouraged our Scholars to look at resiliency as a muscle that they should flex when they need to in order to sustain themselves in the legal profession.
